Reid McDougall help membership organisations, professional associations and the education, arts, culture and heritage sectors build stronger communities, secure resources, and create meaningful partnerships with industry.
We bring together expertise in development, communications, fundraising and events, because no single discipline is enough on its own. Real impact takes effect when these elements work together — when fundraising aligns with governance, when membership supports mission, when industry collaborates with education, and when tradition inspires innovation.
Reid McDougall help organisations shape their strategic planning and deliver efficient, outcome-driven projects, initiatives and events.
Strong member communities are the backbone of membership organisations, professional associations and the education, arts, cultural and heritage sectors.
Reid McDougall works with clients to create relevant and effective communications both internally to optimise membership, and externally to enhance the organisation’s reputation, visibility and outward engagement.
With sound knowledge of fundraising across multiple income streams including regular giving, appeals, major donors, trusts and foundations, corporate, membership and legacy giving, we help our clients to generate income both directly and indirectly and undertake fundraising assignments working closely with in-house teams.
Strategic partnerships with membership organisations, charities, or schools and industry create value on both sides. Reid McDougall builds bridges between education, the arts, culture, heritage, craft and industry.
With the emergence of a new technological age membership organisations sit at a compelling intersection of community, influence, and responsibility.
